Ingredients:
- Coconut oil
- Chicken breasts
- Spicy brown mustard
- Almond meal/flour
Directions:
Melt a little coconut oil in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Lay chicken breasts in the dish. Brush top of chicken breasts with a little spicy brown mustard. Sprinkle with a light dusting of almond meal/flour. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until chicken is done. Continue reading
